True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I bought a used Rav4 from Rudy Luther that ended up having nail in the tire which wasn't repairable and required a new tire, and in the end required 4 new tires since its AWD. Instead of trying to work having nail in the tire which wasn't repairable and required a new tire, and in the end required 4 new tires since its AWD. Instead of trying to work with me to resolve this issue, I have received the run around from the service department and the salesperson who sold me the car. I am now being completely ignored by the dealership so will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I had a mostly good experience buying the car, but pretty awful customer service as soon as I drove it off the lot (they owed me a 2nd key fob that I never would have received if I didn't continue to follow up on it). More
