Incredible Experience December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after a December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after another dream vehicle by the time I left the dealerships I was deflated. The aggressive salesperson was always exhausting, length of time to go through the process, and every time getting to the point of signing and the numbers were not as quoted. It was nothing less than a very unhappy experience. I can honestly say that was not the experience I had at Sunset Ford. The first time I drove up I got out of my vehicle and was greeted with a big smile from Nicolas Everding. I felt like it was more of a friend helping a friend rather that an aggressive salesperson which is a total turnoff. I found another dream car but did my due diligence and went to other dealerships only to find myself back to the first paragraph of this letter. I called Nicolas to see if the car was still available and it was. I said how great he had been and that I had issues with spending 2-4 hours going back and forth with numbers and sitting waiting to sign paperwork. Nicolas and I got to the magic number over the phone and I stressed to him I wanted to be in and out with the car within 1 hour. I am sure he did some orchestrating to make this all happen because he scheduled a time with me to come in and stated everything would be as stated and happen quickly. I spoke to my building engineer that I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle at Sunset Hills and he said it was the BEST experience he has ever had in buying a truck. Fast, efficient and easy. I validate that statement. I walked in, again to be greeted by Nicolas. He introduced me to the finance manager (who by the way is INCREDIBLE). I was in and out of his office within 30 minutes, driving another dream car but this time leaving with a huge smile on my face. I cannot thank Nicolas enough for the happy experience. Recently, I became dissatisfied with a pre-owned purchase and was considering a different brand altogether. After several trips to the Service Department for various reasons Jennifer Hall helped me out and put me in touch with Treff and Pete to find a solution. Pete was empathetic to my situation, assured me that my experience was not ordinary, and asked for the opportunity to make things right. I did some shopping around, but true to his word Pete gave me the best deal on my trade. Additionally, Pete went above and beyond and got me the car of my choice, having it delivered from an out of state dealership. When I arrived at Sunset for delivery Howard met me at the door and introduced me to my new car; it was perfectly detailed and flawless. He had all the features preset to the most common selections, and walked me through how to use them. In terms of the financing, this was my second time working with Treff, and as before he made the finalizing paperwork easy and seamless. He had the most of the financing and details already in order, and was able to get me a better rate than expected. I was done within an hour and back on the road. Everyone gave me a business card and told me to call if I needed anything at all. This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I would recommend Sunset Ford to anyone.
