Best service I've ever had Regardless of the issue, major, minor or even just in for an oil change the team treats you well. My last visit was especially stressful for me as I needed my car to make an important bus trip but the service team needed time to fix it. They wasted no time in getting me into another car and out of there. Saved my day! Thank you. And the car- as always back and running in great shape. More

Service recall issue I bought my 2007 Volvo S80 used in 2012. Never thought to check on service recalls until recently, when I found an issue with the tire pressure labels I bought my 2007 Volvo S80 used in 2012. Never thought to check on service recalls until recently, when I found an issue with the tire pressure labels and software for the tire pressure sensor software. I contacted Customer Service as directed and confirmed the recall was still open. The Service Rep contacted the Volvo dealer I chose to go to and brought the case to their attention, and sent them the correct labels and details. This was my first visit to a Volvo dealer because unfortunately, none were closer than about 25 miles / 50 minutes from my home. A bit far and also out my way for routine service. Nevertheless, they were very pleasant and helpful. And they were ready to get right on it. (I needed to wait) They performed the service and noted a complementary upgrade to the car's software. They also looked into why my lug wrench didn't fit the lug bolts: wrong bolts on the car. No way to know why, but they did order the correct bolts and I will have them replaced soon. Very pleasant experience. Wish they were closer. More

So HONEST, they SAVED me money : ) I recently purchased a used, high mileage 1999 Volvo V70 Wagon with base trim and stick shift. While doing the usual maintenance and replacements, my I recently purchased a used, high mileage 1999 Volvo V70 Wagon with base trim and stick shift. While doing the usual maintenance and replacements, my local and intelligent/reputable mechanic informed me that I would probably need to replace my drain pan because the threading for the drain pan/oil plug was minimal to heavily stripped - that after the oil change, the plug was holding but only weakly and had a very slow but steady drip. I called around to see if some other mechanics would be willing to bore it out and rethread it or weld another piece on and rethread. No one was willing to do such to this car with it's aluminum oil pan. The different estimates that I received for replacing the oil pan ranged from $600 (at a very local spot with no warranty) to $900 at the local Goodyear service center. So, I took it to the dealer. I told them the story and that I was ready to eat the bill to have it replaced by Volvo experts. Much to my surprise, they called me very shorty after I had dropped off the car, "You don't need an oil pan. Some one previous had just installed an incorrect drain plug. We put the proper one in and it holds perfectly." WOW is all that I can say. Thank you! Also, Pete, the service agent, was very friendly, informative and willing to puzzle things on this old car out with me. ...great experience! I put a 4 out of 5 on price only because I am not used to going to dealers and therefore have NO IDEA how the price of this dealer stacks up with the price of other dealers. Even so, for the work that I did end up getting done, it did add up quickly and was a steep bill compared with non-dealer mechanics. Even so, they did save me perhaps $900+ dollars through their integrity! More

Their motto is “no pressure, no hype” and they live up to that. I've never had a more transparent and painless car buying experience. Joe returns calls and emails but doesn't nag.
