Keystone has always been dependable to service our cars. I have been dealing with Joe Craig for over 12-years and have purchased 5 new Volvos from Keystone in that time. Can't say enough good things about this dealership - I've had a pleasant experience there every single time. I've never been somewhere with more friendly and helpful employees. They fixed my problem in a matter of minutes every time (from headlight bulbs to fluids needed) and charged the bare minimum, if anything at all. Having dealt with another Volvo dealership closer to my house in Huntingdon Valley and not always having such a great experience, this dealership is the clear choice. More

My first experience with service at Keystone Volvo and was very pleased in all aspects of the service experience. One of the reasons I left the previous dealership where I had the vehicle serviced was bec was very pleased in all aspects of the service experience. We purchased a new Volvo 240 from Jack Stein at Keystone Motors back in February of 1979 for $9065.60. Since then the prices may have changed a bit, but the outstanding nature of the sales and service staf Motors back in February of 1979 for $9065.60. I have just purchased my 3rd car from Doylestown Keystone Motors. I also talked my daughter into purchasing a Volvo. Rich sold us all 4 cars!! Whenever I walk in the door Rich greets me with a smile and w Motors. I also talked my daughter into purchasing a Volvo. Rich sold us all 4 cars!! Whenever I walk in the door Rich greets me with a smile and welcoming manner. He has given me his personal cell phone number for any problems and one time I actually needed to call him on a Friday evening. He treated me like he was on the clock and in the most professional and caring manner. It seems like Rich can always finds a way to make each car affordable so the price seems right for the quality of car. As far as the service department goes...oh my gosh, they are just amazing!! They look up and greet you with a smile. They know your name and bring up your record on the computer within minutes. They always seem genuine in their concerns and will give you hours of their time if needed. They don't ever seem like they are in a hurry. I can never figure it out. There always seems to be a lot of customers but they never seem hurried or impatient. I have never had to bring any car back because the problem was not fixed, that is if it was under their control. I hope that your company realizes how fortunate you are to have an outstanding dealership like you do and that what makes Keystone so unique are the wonderfully friendly, concerned, motivated, and professional people. It is rare to find a place where you walk in the door and feel like you are at home when you are there to get your car fixed. Thank you for your attention! More
