I intended to purchase the car outright, but needed to consult my financial advisor.This was an impulse buy at this time and she was out of the office. I would have preferred the option of holding the car for purchase with a substantial down payment to avoid all the financing paperwork, but accept that a business may have a policy that doesn't allow that option. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More

The sale part was good not to much pressure and it goes pretty smooth, but waiting to do paper work, it took forever. They told me I have to wait 10 minutes, but it turn out to be 2 hours wait. We came in to buy 2 used vehicles, and tried numerous. We ended up with 2 CR-V's, and Jose was absolutely outstanding. He had great knowledge on all of the vehicles, and went above and beyond spending time w ended up with 2 CR-V's, and Jose was absolutely outstanding. Both Pete's were also great to work with, hashing out the numbers, getting all of the paperwork done, and staying well past closing to finish all of the details. One of the cars is for my daughter, and she is thrilled to have such a quality used car as her personal vehicle! I am used to the Honda quality, but feel I got a great deal on a practically new car, in perfect condition. Jose was very fun to work with, easy to ask questions to, and just did a top notch job.
