I went to this dealership because the other Toyota dealership in Hyannis was unresponsive to my visit. The weather does have something to do with it. It was very cold and windy. Could have done better with pricing "off Cape" but time and convenience are always an issue. Both Ian and Peter were very helpful. They got the paper work done quickly and handled the registration and notified my insurance co. as well. More

My wife and I dropped by Falmouth Toyota one day just to have a look at an FJ Cruiser. Jack Moloney took the time to show us the 2 vehicles he had in stock and let us take one on an extensive test drive. have a look at an FJ Cruiser. Jack Moloney took the time to show us the 2 vehicles he had in stock and let us take one on an extensive test drive. He then did a computer search and found an FJ with the color and accessories we were looking for. He and Mike Conroy also took the time to explain the difference between the AWD system on the FJ and the 4WD on my current 4Runner. We ended up buying the car (negotiation was short and to the point; no BS or excessive dealer fees). They had the car in a couple of days and Fed Ex-ed all the documents to us for an out of state registration. This is our 7th Toyota and all in all was the most pleasant and stress-free car buying experience we've had. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

This is our 4th Toyota but the 1st bought at Falmouth Toyota. Jack Maloney was very professional and knowledgable about the vehicle and they had the one we wanted in stock.
