This was my first time at Toyota of Falmouth, having owning many toyotas this dealership was the best one we have gone to and it wont be the last time, the friendliness of staff was exceptional with no owning many toyotas this dealership was the best one we have gone to and it wont be the last time, the friendliness of staff was exceptional with no pressure to make a purchase. I have dealt with many sales personnel but never like Ken Collings, my husband came home and stated "I had one of the best salesman I have had to deal with from introduction of our vehicle to signing a sale" Ken Collings was excellent in both of our opinions, I have never had a sales person sit in any of my Toyotas and explain detail for detail on how every piece of my new sport utility worked this meant alot to us he did this for myself and had done this for my husband the day before we made the purchase with such an upbeat positive attitude like I was one of his family members or good friends, I will tell you my family loves toyotas and I will not hesitate to send anyone interested in a toyota to this dealership, Ken is an excellent asset to that facility, with also mentioning Peter in finance excellent explanation on all my paperwork and answered every question we had (great attitude), and my husband also met John in Service who explained all the services this Toyota had to offer, also with an excellent attitude, over all I was very satisfied with this Toyota of Falmouth and will send anyone intersted in a toyota vehicle to this dealership where we were explained everything about our vehicle so thoroughly from vehicle to sales to finance to service we met every part of this toyota family and we have nothing but exceptional things to say about this dealership. David DiGravio has been our salesman for many years. He has sold us 3 or 4 Toyotas in the past years and his service has been excellent. This is the reason we return to David and Falmouth Toyota. I was recently referred to your dealership by my sister and I purchased a new Corolla. On my first visit, I met with Ronnie Sjahfiedin who gave me a quote for my trade and I test drove a car. When I ret and I purchased a new Corolla. On my first visit, I met with Ronnie Sjahfiedin who gave me a quote for my trade and I test drove a car. When I returned the following week to purchase a car, Ronnie was out sick. Ken Collings assisted me with the sale, answered all of my questions, and showed me all of the features of the Corolla. He went above and beyond all expectations and was the epitome of professionalism. Peter, the Business Manager quickly arranged financing and thoroughly covered all details in the loan closing. John O'Keefe, the tech wizard, programmed telephone numbers for me and explained all the technical information. In comparison to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, Falmouth Toyota is top notch and is very well run. More

We came from another local Toyota dealer that we have become very unhappy with as the years went on. Management and the service dept. at this other dealer was becoming increasingly bad and most recently become very unhappy with as the years went on. Management and the service dept. at this other dealer was becoming increasingly bad and most recently down right insulting. Falmouth Toyota was a fresh start for us with our 1st purchase here and we had great service from the Sales person ( Ronnie ) down to the business manager who handled the closing documents. All very professional and curtious and reasonable to deal with. As Peter the business manager told us, most of the senior people have worked at Falmouth Toyota for 20 yrs or more in some cases. This says a lot about the owners and management. Very pleased and we will be back. More

I have done business with Falmouth Toyota for many years with the service department. I had purchased a new 1999 LandCruiser from Hyannis Toyota. I was not happy with their service department and tried th with the service department. I had purchased a new 1999 LandCruiser from Hyannis Toyota. I was not happy with their service department and tried the service department at Falmouth Toyota. A big positive difference and I maintained that car at Falmouth Toyota until 2008 when I traded it in for the 2008 Infiniti QX56. I needed a large SUV and the LandCruiser had become and remains too pricey. I now needed a small, more economical SUV. The HighLander reviews were outstanding. I initially was thinking hybrid but it was unavailable and not worth the price difference. The Falmouth Toyota sales department was quite energetic, fair and personnable. All individuals that I met knew their job and did it well. I met and talked with Steve and Peter several times so I knew and recalled them better. John (?) was also helpful in explaining service and already lining us up for the 5K service in January. I doubt if I will be anywhere near that mileage at that time. Buying a car from Falmouth Toyoya was a pleasant experience and I know that the service will be exceptional. More

My husband and I had been looking for a Rav4 for sometime, yet we hesitated to go forward because of past dealer experiences. Last week we bit the bullet and walked into Falmouth Toyota ready for th sometime, yet we hesitated to go forward because of past dealer experiences. Last week we bit the bullet and walked into Falmouth Toyota ready for the worst. We were very pleasantly greeted by sales consultant Anthony Spagone, we explained that we had found a Rav4 on the lot that we were interested in. A short time later we had taken it for a test drive, traded in our 07 Scion tc for a fair price and purchased the car. Anthony was friendly, knowledgable and completely upfront and honest regarding every aspect of the transaction. He then turned us over to the other experts, John and Peter who followed up with us in a completely comprehensive fashion. We are delighted with our Rav4 and very impressed by the Falmouth Toyota team. Thank you Anthony and Falmouth Toyota for curing our dealer phobia. Maureen & Jim Foster More

After a BAD experience at Route 44 Toyota (Bait and Switch, of which the add for the sold truck is still on the internet 2wks later), I went to Falmouth Toyota. I told them about Route 44 and they laug Switch, of which the add for the sold truck is still on the internet 2wks later), I went to Falmouth Toyota. I told them about Route 44 and they laughed. I said what I wanted for a truck and price and we came to an agreement. For my trade in I found Route 44 had STOLEN my registration. They never asked for it, just took it and I HAD BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT IT. Stay away from Route 44 Toyota. Falmouth Toyota was good to deal with. I chose to wait a week to pick up the truck and it could have been serviced during that week but they did wait till the day I came and I waited an exta 2hrs. Could have been better but I did buy there and I'm happy with the truck. More
