Prior to visiting this dealer I had stopped at others. At one dealer the sales person couldn't give me their business card until the Manger spoke with me, another kept telling me I didn't want the features I one dealer the sales person couldn't give me their business card until the Manger spoke with me, another kept telling me I didn't want the features I was looking for. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling. The operations of this dealer are incredible! Traveled 50 miles to test drive a car, in stock. Test drove 4 cars decided on a new Camay Hybrid asked Amy to send me her best price via e-mail. By the end of the day I had received a very competitive quote. Purchased the vehicle. Was able to provide all supporting, to purchase, documents via e-mail and internet. Applied for loan at their Webb site, within a few hours I was called telling me the loan was approved for an interest rate lower then originally quoted. A few days later I picked up the car. Car was ready as promised, time with finance, Peter, was smooth, efficient, and absolutely no PRESSURE to purchase other items. This new car purchase from this dealer was so pleasant. More

WHEN I WENT I MANY DEALERSHIPS WITH PUSHY SALES PEOPLE WHO DON'T EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT I AM INTERESTED IN. AT FALMOUTH TOYOTA I HAD THE BEST EXERIENCE. WHEN I WENT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WANTED FOR A VEHICLE AND JACK MOLONEY PUT UP WITH MY INDECISIVENESS VERY WELL. HE WAS ABLE TO SUGGEST A CAR THAT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR ME (AND IT FIT IN MY BUDGET!!) I'VE BEEN DRIVING IT FOR A FEW WEEKS AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. JACK WAS KIND, HONEST, AND ALLOWED ME TO MAKE MY DECISION AT THE SPEED THAT I WANTED. I ALSO DEALT WITH PETER IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. Since 1993 we have purchased all of our vehicles(new)at Falmouth Toyota as we have had excellent service and find their employees to be a very accomodating without being "pushy". We actually live closer t Falmouth Toyota as we have had excellent service and find their employees to be a very accomodating without being "pushy". We actually live closer to two other Toyota dealerships, but choose to go the "extra miles" for the superior service and better prices. We have always been treated very fairly with our trade-ins, both by a now retired salesman, and currently by Anthony Spagone. Anthony was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accomodating and I have already recommended him to friends who will be in the market for a new vehicle in the very near future. We also continue to return to Falmouth Toyota because of their excellent reputation. More
