STAY AWAY, SHADY. Went in there for a CPO Honda Pilot as advertised in their website, but they said the car is actually not CPO, but “eligible” and you have to buy the Went in there for a CPO Honda Pilot as advertised in their website, but they said the car is actually not CPO, but “eligible” and you have to buy the CPO warranty. What kind of policy is that? Why was it advertised as a CPO car? Every dealership that I’ve been to, built the cpo warranty into the price of the car. So they price the “cpo” car lower to get people to come in and then tell them it’s actually NOT certified and you have to buy the certification. $1300 CPO warranty and $1800 reconditioning fee??? Boardwalk Honda, BMW AC, BMW Mt Laurel, BMW Turnersville, Audi Turnersville, etc did not charge any of these things…if they they ask you to pay this, leave and go to another Honda dealership, you’ll get a better deal.
