Wasted our time dealing with these people. On Saturday we purchased a new pilot and Monday we got a call saying they wouldn’t accept our trade. The trade vehicle was not present during the pilot sale so they purchased a new pilot and Monday we got a call saying they wouldn’t accept our trade. The trade vehicle was not present during the pilot sale so they took it as is sight unseen. Fast forward to Monday and we get a phone call that they wouldn’t accept the trade and we’d need to return the pilot or pay put down a couple thousand more. No apologies or remorse with a kinda it is what it is attitude after telling them we’d rather bring the trade in first. Buyer beware, don’t let them bully you into buying a car and make sure to dots your T’s and cross your eyes before signing on the dotted line. More
