Let me start off by saying that Phil Esposito was wonderful to work with, nice guy and down to earth. Sales management on the other hand not so much. Car was listed 2,500 less that what the actual price was online. Dealership stuck me with a multitude of fees when the total price was tallied up. Finance told me in order to qualify the bank made them "lower the price by 2k" sounds more like the advertised price was higher than it should have been to begin with. For a dealer that claims to work with capitol one directly, they wouldn't even finance me at the price and apr I was quoted by them before coming into the dealer, I take it was because between the price difference and fees it was out of the original pre qualification agreement. Overall I should have paid somewhere between 19k and ended spending almost 23. I ended up paying almost 4k more than I anticipated. Hidden fees and other things aside I wouldnt recommend this dealership going foward More

Purposely confusing negotiations, full of theatrical moves, and highly time-consuming (possibly intending to prevent us getting to a competitor dealership that day). Zero assistance with features and u moves, and highly time-consuming (possibly intending to prevent us getting to a competitor dealership that day). Zero assistance with features and use of the car. Zero explanation of what services the dealership offered. Some small but annoying things (offered water 3 times, but never brought it, bathrooms closed at 5 while we were still at it, etc.). Salesperson ran a personal errand as soon as we said "yes", leaving us hanging around. Took our notes (ostensibly to write on the back) leaving us without them. Not a happy experience. More
