Due to inventory shortages (as a result of the pandemic) I and it was a wonderful experience. Peter was very attentive throughout the entire process. Due to inventory shortages (as a result of the pandemic) I had to order the car and wait a few months for it to arrive and Peter communicated with me every step of the way and explained the process. Once the car arrived, he was great at scheduling the pick up promptly and helped me set up new apps and other settings in the car, explaining everything in detail. He was very helpful and made the entire purchase experience simple and stress-free. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and can truly say that Audi of Burlington is absolutely on another level in terms of providing excellent customer service. Everyone I have dealt with for my current purchase, as well as for the purchase of my previous Audi have been outstanding.
