I basically went there for an oil change and told them i needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side m needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side mirror replaced . Well the oil change went fine but they said nothing was wrong with my tire and and filled it up. I told them something is wrong because I constantly fill it and refill the tire. And then from the day I bought my car , it came with a cracked side view mirror and my salesman Darren said just bring it back and they will replace it free of charge. I called a few times and they said they’re in the process of ordering it, which prolonged things for a couple months. Then I go to Toyota in person and not 1 person had any recollection of the deal to get the mirror replaced. I even say Darren in the hallway and he said he doesn’t remember saying that. I feel like I was stabbed in the back I spoked with Darren and the financial manager about the mirror. I’m not satisfied. More

Work was done as expected from a dealership, and a vehicle health report as well. I did have a few major oily/grease stains on my cars door, kick panel and steering wheel when I picked it up. I did contact them and they said they would clean it up just stop by anytime. More

The costs keeps going up and soon it wont be as cheep to go there. The techs who check you in are always so overworked and bicker at each other about being lazy and not checking people in. After my oil chan go there. The techs who check you in are always so overworked and bicker at each other about being lazy and not checking people in. After my oil change my car made it 10 mins before my check eng light when on for low coolant. There was almost no coolant in the car. I am pretty sure it was low prior to my arrival but on the inspection it said the level. I called back and I couldn't get much of an answer. At this point I don't think they did much of an inspection they just checked the box and moved on. More
