Great experience working with Peter! I was a walk-in (drive-in), but Peter fit me in the schedule and got my car serviced right away. My email address is wrong in your system, so this is the 2nd time I'm completing this & it refuses to take my real email. I was grateful for how quickly the staff resolved my tire issue, affordably, & with 2nd time I'm completing this & it refuses to take my real email. That really mattered on a day where I had emergency dental surgery for my dog, and I needed to get back to pick him up & respond in a timely manner. Thank you!! More

It was very hard to get the service department on board to take care of an extremely long term issue we had with our camry. Peter did go above and beyond to help us. The car was eventually repaired. The pr to take care of an extremely long term issue we had with our camry. Peter did go above and beyond to help us. The car was eventually repaired. The process not related to Peter was painful. I am just glad the car was finally repaired after putting up with the issue for 20k miles. More

Have been here for years. Lately experiences have been terrible. Advisor is disrespectful. Talked down to us. Told us one thing then flipped and told us a different story Lately experiences have been terrible. Advisor is disrespectful. Talked down to us. Told us one thing then flipped and told us a different story. More focused on selling us a battery then solving the problem with our vehicle. We are no longer bringing our business to Heiser. We canceled our 2024 vehicle due to over charges for poor service. More
