Heiser has been our go to dealer and service provider for 15 years, and we’ve been consistently satisfied. Everything went well, except for wait time. Took about 3+ hours for oil change and lug nuts apposed to the 60-90 minutes I was told. Service is very slow. The service personnel do not explain in advance the itemized cost of each work. Or they fail toninfom the delay. Communication is not as expected compared to other dealers, I have worked out of state. Since the dealership is within a radius 3 miles, I have opted this location. Hate to seek the manager’s help.
