Heiser has been our go to dealer and service provider for 15 years, and we’ve been consistently satisfied. Everything went well, except for wait time. Took about 3+ hours for oil change and lug nuts apposed to the 60-90 minutes I was told. Service is very slow. The service personnel do not explain in advance the itemized cost of each work. Or they fail toninfom the delay. Communication is not as expected compared to other dealers, I have worked out of state. Since the dealership is within a radius 3 miles, I have opted this location. Hate to seek the manager’s help. I basically went there for an oil change and told them i needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side m needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side mirror replaced . Well the oil change went fine but they said nothing was wrong with my tire and and filled it up. I told them something is wrong because I constantly fill it and refill the tire. And then from the day I bought my car , it came with a cracked side view mirror and my salesman Darren said just bring it back and they will replace it free of charge. I called a few times and they said they’re in the process of ordering it, which prolonged things for a couple months. Then I go to Toyota in person and not 1 person had any recollection of the deal to get the mirror replaced. I even say Darren in the hallway and he said he doesn’t remember saying that. I feel like I was stabbed in the back I spoked with Darren and the financial manager about the mirror. I’m not satisfied. More
