While car shopping on the busy 4th of July weekend, we were greeted and befriended by Peter. His vast knowledge of the Nissans makes and models blew us away and left us with no questions to ask. The smooth transition from test driving to number crunching was quick and effective. Khanh Ho, in one word is Amazing! His warm gracious personality is outstanding! He made purchasing our new vehicle seem effortless. He, along with Peter went above and beyond, making sure we got the best price on the car we wanted and a fair value for our trade in. Maria’s assistance while signing all the paperwork was thorough and pleasant. There’s no doubt we will be returning customers. My husband and I also look forward to referring friends and family to Kahnh and Peter and the rest of the team at Nissan of Elk Grove. Unfortunately I did not purchase as for I need to save some more for the car I desire but I will be back to speak with Peter in a few months to actually make a purchase :) Can't Wait! More

I bought my leaf from carmax so I really didn’t get any information on it and was kind of nervous and lost. Then I met Jay YU and Darian Lim they were more than happy to answer my questions and give me advice even tho they were on the move they where willing to give me there personal time and consideration spending probably more time than they had to spare to help make me feel comfortable about my purchase. Great experience from start to finish. Right when my wife and I exited our vehicle we were greeted and assisted by Peter. He displayed top notch customer service. He led us inside of the dealership and offered us a seat and something to drink. He brought the vehicles to the front for the test drives. Peter is very knowledgeable with Nissan vehicles. He was able to give me thorough information about the vehicles and was even able to address some of my concerns. During the test drive I felt very comfortable and never felt pressured. Khan is the individual that we sat down with after we had narrowed down our vehicle selections. He was able to assist in the pros and cons of the selections. He also addressed some of my concerns about the vehicles. He's very sincere and tell things are they are. He is also very knowledgeable and everything that he stated were facts and his explanations were very reasonable. He is very pleasant to work with and we never felt pressured. Shay assisted in finalizing the paperwork. She is very professional and easy to work with. She gave us detailed explanation of services and packages. Filling out paperwork went seamlessly with Shay. We simply went in and then out with a new car. This is a solid team to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a new or used car. More

From the minute i met him you could tell he cared about what i needed. I had been in a very bad accident and completely wrecked my car and was in desperate need of a vehicle. I had never bought a new vehical and Peter was there to help me and explain everything to me always making shure i was comfortable and assured me he would find me the right car that i could afford and worked for me . they not only got me in a newer car than i could have ever imagined at a lower cost than i thought and he is still there for me answering any question i have , he is just the most amazing sales associate i have had the pleasure of beeing helped by. I can't recommend Peter and the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership enough its beyond 5 stars . More
