Awesome!!! Simply, honest and efficient. I am in the minority when it comes to car purchases. I research for at least 3 months and usually closer to 6 months. I usually narrow it down to a 2 or 3 models and then know all the trims, the going rate for the different models, and then I begin my search in earnest for my best deal. In this case I had the PLEASURE to dealing with Knauz, and Peter Polanski. I asked if there an out the door price, and was provided a complete quote. I showed up a few days later with cashier's checks in hand, and it matched to the penny. There is not one hidden cost, administration, documentation-or put bluntly none of the BS fees that other dealers have. Their finance manager gave me time to read everything, explained anything I did not understand. I spent less than an hour at the dealership. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and I will check out their website moving forward to see if I can deal with them again.
