The salesman Wei told us that the deal after down payment was for $150 a month for 48 months. Turned out for 60 months. Also the cleanup on delivery was not so great. This is a great dealership to work with. They have a large selection of vehicles priced competitively and have a "no pressure" attitude towards selling cars. Sold an unsafe vehicle. When returned, they ignored phone calls for three weeks straight. They currently have the vehicle and I have contacted attorney general of PA. I’ve called about 10 times now, still no call back. I’ve also been put on hold for over 30+ minutes numerous times and no response. Also have came into your offices and was told you’d get back to me in a week. I’m currently still waiting on a call back.

Called again today, you were “busy” again, was told I’d get a call back. That didn’t happen again. Seems like a repetitive process. Customer support has been terrible.

Clutch went within a hundred miles. !!! Dealer refused to fix even though it was under warranty and held the car hostage for a week trying to charge me for a tow that I didn’t ask for. W !!!
