The worse customer service there is. It takes you a minimum 15 phone calls for 5 to 10 minutes each to get to a service agent. I highly suggest you pay higher and go to someplace else. This dealership is the worst, we least a Hyundai from another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't good it was only good for that dealership so we had to cancel it and buy a more expensive one. We found out later this was not true, then they gave us coupons for an oil change as part of convincing us to purchase the vehicle at their dealership then they say they're under new management and they no longer accept the coupons and we have to pay full price, I would never recommend nor go to this dealership ever again. Stay away they are con artist. Today I talked to the manager there and they said they had no clue what I was talking about with the warranty that the warranty should be good at any dealership so basically the manager of the dealership let us know how we got screwed. More

I called & spoke to Gabby to inquire about a car on the website. They offered to have it waiting for me at front entrance immediately. We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. Tom & Jose’ were complete professionals & pleasure to do business with. Ketyra handled all the documentation accurately & immediately The entire experience was outstanding.
