I wouldnt do business with them bait and switch tactics was back and fourth the whole time they aren't transparent. Payton lied to me about the ford blue advantage warranty its for used cars under 100k was back and fourth the whole time they aren't transparent. Payton lied to me about the ford blue advantage warranty its for used cars under 100k miles and 10 years old or less said I dont get it because I didnt buy a ford, i drove 200 miles was transparent about my trade in told them everything that was wrong with it Told BDC told the salesman and the finance guy, i get there and they act like they had no idea. Everything was back and the fourth the whole time.the process wasn't great was by far the worse car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought over 20 cars. Roy was the nicest person there didnt seem to lie. The deal was fair but wish the back and fourth didnt happen and wish I wasn't lied to about the ford blue warranty More

Overall, my experience was positive, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charg disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charge for wheel locks, neither of which were clearly explained upfront. When we questioned these fees, the dealer initially agreed to remove them, but then attempted to convince us to re-add the package at a reduced price of $1,000. After we insisted that we did not want it, the dealer still included the wheel lock charge, claiming there was no service technician available to remove them and we had no choice but to accept it. However, after leaving, we noticed that the service station was open and staffed, so it appears removal would have been possible. More
