Great Experience My wife and I were looking for an SUV with a third row of seating to accommodate our family. Phil was very courteous and listened to what we were asking for. There was no pressure to push us in a direction we didn't want to go. After test driving a couple vehicles we pretty much knew what we wanted, but it wasn't available at the time. Phil worked diligently in the background to find us exactly what we wanted! Professional, courtesy, helpful and straight-forward I inquired about a car in which we were both men of our words. Upon arriving car was out in front and cleaned. Phil Aiello was very open, friendly a I inquired about a car in which we were both men of our words. Upon arriving car was out in front and cleaned. Phil Aiello was very open, friendly and helpful. The test drive went smoothly and I was able to drive w/o the salesperson. We quickly established a professional no nonsense approach. When we can to a financial agreement it seemed as if we both were happy with number and perks. Phil was extremely easy to work with and I truly enjoyed talking with him. Kearns was attentive to what I wanted and I am very happy with the process. I would definitely recommend Phil and Kearns, in general! I hope I have this car for 6-9 years and then go back to these guys! :) Thank you for a stress-free endeavor. Appreciate it Phil. More
