My wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you (as well as the finance manager who's name we did not get, or if we did we don't remember) for the professionalism and courteous manner to all of you (as well as the finance manager who's name we did not get, or if we did we don't remember) for the professionalism and courteous manner in which we were treated last evening. Buying a new car is usually never a pleasant task, let alone adding in the extra stress due to having to replace a ten month old vehicle that was totalled in an accident. But from the quick response to our initial email, to setting up an appointment on short notice, to the warm greeting as we walked in the front door and through all the many steps of the process, to when we walked out the door as the proud owners of a brand new car, we can't be any more appreciative than we are. We had a wonderful experience! We called to ensure they'd have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. He was ready for us when we got there in about an hour and quickly got us 2 cars to loo have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. He was ready for us when we got there in about an hour and quickly got us 2 cars to look at. He heard exactly what we wanted and was able to assist us in getting the model we needed. I am so glad we ended up at D'Arcy working with Phil - I had called a couple other dealers prior and was really rubbed the wrong way with their response. Once we were set on the car, Phil worked to get our price to where we wanted, squared away all of the necessary details for us and in the end, paperwork and purchasing went the smoothest I've ever experience. We worked with Joe to sign our paperwork and we would never have known he was newer to his position if they'd not told us. Wonderful experience all around! More
