Phil went out of his way on his day off to look up and find the vehicle we wanted. There happened to be only one in the 900 dealers that he had checked that had the items that we were requiring. When came in to sign the papers so the vehicle could be brought to Kelly everyone was very courteous pleasant and professional. Very professional organization. I received a mailer from Kelly Ford indicating the trade in value for my F-150 pickup. I was surprised so I thought I would contact them regarding a p I received a mailer from Kelly Ford indicating the trade in value for my F-150 pickup. I was surprised so I thought I would contact them regarding a possible trade. I called to set an appointment and talked To Dr Phil. He was very cordial both on the phone and in person when we met. He showed us a new Ford Explorer and discussed options. While we were test driving the Explorer, my F-150 was inspected. The trade in value was actually higher than the mailer originally suggested so we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Explorer. Since the color and options we wanted were not on the Kelly lot, Dr Phil found one at another dealer. The entire purchasing process was highly professional, with no pressure and completed in record time. Thanks to all the Kelly staff involved. More

Awesome buying experience!!! We recently outgrew our family car and were in need of a larger one. When I inquired online about purchasing a new Ford Flex SEL, Frank Saladino was We recently outgrew our family car and were in need of a larger one. When I inquired online about purchasing a new Ford Flex SEL, Frank Saladino was quick to respond with a sharp looking Certified Used Model that they had in stock. We scheduled a test driving for a Saturday Evening after my wife and I got out of work. Upon arrival, Frank already had the car pulled out to the front for us and was eager to show us all about it. He then introduced us to "Dr." Phil Pettus, who also helped familiarize us with the vehicle. Then, as we started to look over numbers, we were escorted away from his desk and into a casual sitting room where our two toddlers could play. As we casually negotiated a deal well within our budget, our children saw the brightly-colored balloons that were attached to a vehicle in the showroom. Another salesman let them pick a ballon each and gave them to our kids, they were extremely happy. Then we we're take to an office, with our kids in tow, to sign the paperwork for the loan and title. Again we were treated very well and they even extended our registration for an additional year without asking! When we took delivery of the car, Phil showed my wife how to use the MyFordTouch system and even how to link her phone. I could go on and on, but I won't. In summary, our vehicle purchasing experience at Kelly Ford was the best one we ever experienced. Their customer service is impeccable and their laid-back approach to car sales is a breath of fresh air. I definitely will recommend them to all my friends and would recommend them to anyone who's looking to purchase a nice vehicle with no hassle for a fair deal. More
