My wife and I are a difficult team to combat if you don’t have a sense of humor. I have to say that Phil measured up and even though we took him thru our paces so to speak, he smiled all the way. He even put up with a last minute change in direction by me and helped us through the decision making process between two excellent vehicles. My wife and I are very pleased with our new 2014 Edge and the attention we have received since buying it from Phil, Ron and Cheryl. Special kudos to Ron Odem for guiding us through the paperwork and mixing it up with us even when had problems with the system. A Five Star dealership! Kelly Ford was the last Dealer we had stopped in because we had seen on their internet site that they had a 2014 Mustang GT. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted by Phil Pettus whom I must say was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish Phil was knowledgeable, he was able to guide us in the right direction as to whether we should go with the 2014 or the 2015 that we had also seen on the internet. Phil was extremely helpful and courteous, he made our whole experience the best ever in purchasing a new vehicle. Phil introduced us to Charlie who helped us with our financing questions and after dealing with both gentlemen we decided to go with the 2015 Mustang and we are so pleased and excited.
