Charlie Algieri the General Manager Does It Again! I have purchased vehicles from Charlie at Kelly Ford and other dealerships that he has worked at for over 20 years! The fact that I go where he goes I have purchased vehicles from Charlie at Kelly Ford and other dealerships that he has worked at for over 20 years! The fact that I go where he goes is a testament to his willingness to make a deal work and make both parties walk away from the table happy. This time he got me into a limited edition Explorer for around the price of a base model. Thanks Charlie! He also hooked me up with two great sales people Philip Pettus and Frank Saladino. They primarily manage the internet sales department but were more than willing to help me with the buying decision and talk about customer service! I had a 6 year old, 9 year old and 11 year old with me and Frank made them feel like kings and queens of the show room floor ( My daughter is still talking about how you turned the Broncos game off so she could watch Sponge Bob while we worked the deal. ) Thanks again guys! Thank you, Kelly Ford! I was looking for a newer car for my daughter. She saw a 2009 Ford Focus at the Kelly Ford website, and I sent an on-line inquiry. A short time afte I was looking for a newer car for my daughter. She saw a 2009 Ford Focus at the Kelly Ford website, and I sent an on-line inquiry. A short time after that, I was contacted by Tommy McGee, who was most helpful in taking my information over the phone and telling me more about the car. I arranged to come up a few days later, and Tommy said he would be on vacation, but would leave my information for Phil Pettus at the dealership, and Phil would help complete the purchase. When I went to the dealership, I was met by Phil, who welcomed me and my daughter, showed us the car, and got our paperwork started. Frank Saladino also introduced himself and took the Focus to the gas station to "fill 'er up" while we were finishing the financials. John Kirby, in the financial department, explained all the paperwork very professionally and help me decide about an extended warranty. There was never any pressure; everyone we worked with was extremely professional and friendly, and I would definitely purchase from Kelly Ford in the future. More

He followed up with email and phone calls and was extremely organized. He is very familiar with the product he sells. Kelly Ford is luck to have him as their Internet representative. Charlie and Vinny stayed very friendly even when a deal could not be reached the first day. They were very professional and the buying process was not painful. Christian in the Business Office made you feel as if she really loved her job, which she said she did. She was organized and had me out of there in no time at all. Cheryl spent time going over my new Escape today and was able to show me how to use all the gadgets I hadn't figured out. Thank you all for a very positive buying experience. Jeannine Arra More

However, while my husband was diligently searching the internet for Ford deals, kept returning to the Kelly Ford website because of the great deals. We headed down from Cocoa to go check them out. Phil Pettus was our salesperson who never even skipped a beat when we arrived and informed him we wanted to look at used Fusions rather than the brand new Escapes that he had spoken about with my husband on the phone. I found a great 2 year old Fusion at a price I was pleased with and the process was very seamless. I love my car that is in brand new condition!! The business end of the deal with Christina Dukes was pleasant, also. More

Phil as well as all the sales staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, professional and very comfortable to work with. They were willing to negotiate very fairly with me and listen earnestly to my needs and budget. They gave me very fair trade in value for my older model Ford truck. My newly purchased 2003 Ford F150 FX4X4 is in almost new condition. Just an awesome vehicle! I am completely satisfied! I would most certainly recommend Kelly Ford to anyone looking for a fair deal. More
