I dealt with 3 other dealerships on the day before I visited Subaru of Jacksonville and all they wanted to do was up-sell me. I experienced the usual sales "double-speak" and high-pressure tactics; but with SOJAX it was the complete opposite. Mr. Porter (the owner) greeted me as I arrived, introduced me to Josh and from there on I was treated exactly the way I want to be treated. It is too bad that all automobile dealerships do not treat their customers as well as SOJAX. I highly recommend them, and I will be doing business with them again in the future. As for the car itself--this is the first Subaru I have ever owned and now I understand why Subaru owners are the most brand-loyal people you'll ever meet! It is true what they---love is what makes a Subaru a Subaru--if you drive one, you will buy one! More

Great Experience They were very busy the day I was there as it was between Christmas and New Year's and yet I felt very well attended to by my sales person, Jerry John They were very busy the day I was there as it was between Christmas and New Year's and yet I felt very well attended to by my sales person, Jerry Johnson. He was patient, let me drive two different model vehicles and was not pushy. Since they were so busy, the transaction took longer than expected and was impressed when the owner of the dealership personally apologized to me for the wait. All were very professional yet personable. More

Treated like Family I walked into Subaru of Jacksonville and was greeted by Juan. The original sales member I came to see was help another customer. Juan proceeded to mak I walked into Subaru of Jacksonville and was greeted by Juan. The original sales member I came to see was help another customer. Juan proceeded to make me feel at home and got me in the car I was interested in right away. Off we went on a test drive and the car truly sells its self but Juan fill me in on the information I was looking for. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Fantastic Customer Service I went to this dealership with my heart set on buying a used Subaru. I was greeted by the Manager Ken and he had Jerry help me. We saw an Outback we liked and communicated to the Internet Mgr of our intent to purchase in a couple of weeks a model they had in inventory. Jerry Johnson, the manager responded promptly and when we re-connected with him a couple of weeks later when we were ready, he made sure a car of our liking was available to look at and test drive. Everything went smooth throughout the process including excellent explanation of how to use the different features of the auto. Finance piece was easy as we already had that pre-set with our bank --so no issues and very accommodating. Highly recommend More
