Best car buying experience in 20 years! This was the best car buying experience I've had in 20 years. I went in defensive and ready for the usual haggling but there was none of that. This is a small, family dealership that cares and shows it. They do not play games, care whether you are happy and do what they can to make sure that you are. They give you the "real" price from the get go. There was no "oh, I didn't realize you wanted floor mats, that's not included". More

They made me feel comfortable from the moment my husband and I walked through the door. They were very accommodating and didn't mess around. Anytime I've walked into a car dealership I've never felt that I can trust anything they were saying, but not with Phil and Jorge. If they said something, I trusted them, no bs. I had to wait 2-3 days for the color that I wanted, but it was worth the wait. I got the white with beige interior leather and it is extremely sharp. I can't say anything bad about wantagh Mazda, I'll def be referring them to anyone I talk to! More

No hassles, no hard sell, and absolutely no pressure to purchase higher end packages or extended warranties. Since Phil is now a sales manager, we worked with Joe who was wonderful, of course Phil was still very involved in the sale. Everyone who works there has been a pleasure to deal with. Our first Mazda was purchased in 2003 and it's just so nice to see that over a period of 12 years, many of the same staff are still working there! That certainly tells you something!
