What An Amazing Experience I am in awe that my experience was such a nice and refreshing one. When it came to buying cars in the past I was always very combative and a real pain I am in awe that my experience was such a nice and refreshing one. When it came to buying cars in the past I was always very combative and a real pain in the neck only due to my past experiences with the sales staff at other dealers. Well this past week August 26th through 28th I was treated like a human and I leased a brand new 2014 CX-9 well within the budget I quoted to them. The SUV is amazing and in all reality the deal went so well because of the experience with the sales staff. I say this because you know when you go to buy any big ticket item (TV's, Appliances, Cars etc...) the sales people are usually not the most welcoming and informative. The main people I dealt with was Vin, Victor & Phil and I can't STRESS enough how WELL they treated me and my family. I live in the area and I didn't want to travel far to purchase a vehicle and the gentlemen at Wantagh Mazda made it very easy for me to be a customer for many years to come. Early in the buying process we had a difference of opinion with the leasing of the CX-9 but these MEN sat down with me and worked very hard to make me feel very comfortable and made me feel as if I was the only customer around. I was in the dealership to look at the car on the 26th for an hour, on both the 26th and 27th we negotiated back and forth on certain items and on the 28th I picked up the SUV. I have NEVER EVER had an easy buying experience as I had with these fine gentleman in all my years of buying/leasing vehicles. If you are looking for a vehicle and you are not sure; YOU better go to Wantagh Mazda and see this staff. I promise you will not be sorry. You will walk out of the dealership happy and with a brand new vehicle. Thanks to all of you at Wantagh Mazda. More

A few jokes here and there really livened up the process. Phil is also very knowledgeable on the car's features as well, and answered all our questions & concerns well beyond our expectations. When we decided on the car, we sat down and discussed the pricing, and exactly what the fees were - all which were explained clearly. When we needed time (after having explained the pricing), he gave us all the time we needed. We wanted to get a discount, but it wasn't as negotiable as I hoped it would be. This was understandable, since it was a new model that came out very recently. Regardless, I'm very satisfied with my new Mazda 3, and am looking forward to coming here again :-) More

He was very patient and nice as the process took quite a long time due to the specific needs of our business. We are so happy with the car and the service that we are now in the process of leasing the Mazda 6. We had tried to lease another car from another company's dealership. They were unwilling to work with us and even sold the car we had already signed the paperwork to lease which was already on the insurance. Not only was Phil sympathetic to this but he suggested ways to help resolve the issue or how to get the money back. It was like getting fatherly advice that turned out to be the best solution. Personally, my next car WILL be a Mazda - Zoon, Zoom! More
