I had a great experience with Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. Katie Harold was my sales consultant and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Worth the time. A blue flame 2021 Rav4 was transported fron n near the MD Pennsylvania State line. Flatbed truck got stuck In the mud ! But arrived and I was shown It before it was to be washed and given your ceramic coating inside and out. Katie Harold is a rock star 👩🎤. She had me picked up at home and drove me to my Bank to get a cashier's check. Her smile kept me calm. She never showed any cracks in her cheerful veneer. I requested pricing from Joey Cheng and Phil Stillman on a couple 4Runners. The pricing was sent in a timely manner and were really great. I however did not purchase from this dealership, but it was only be a couple 4Runners. The pricing was sent in a timely manner and were really great. I however did not purchase from this dealership, but it was only because the 4Runner didn't quite have all the accessories I was looking. I did however buy from your sister dealership in Harrisburg and feel I got the same great pricing I would have gotten at your dealership. Zero problems with Joey and Phil, I really do wish I could have found the right 4 Runner here. More
