Phil was great to work with! This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and he made the process much easier than I thought it would be. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. Alan was great about listening to what I wanted and incorporating the ideas I had about the look of the 4Runner and he turned them into reality. I couldn’t be happier. Phil was also very helpful during the process, explaining everything to know about the vehicle and he even paired my phone so it would be ready to roll as soon as I jumped in. Everything was all wrapped up in a final meeting with Tiffany who did a Fantastic job of explaining the warranties, financing and Toyota services provided in a clear and understandable manner. Exactly what we wanted! My wife and I were not sure exactly sure what we wanted, but knew we were looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted with a smile at the door. We met with Terry who helped us decide on which vehicle that would fulfill all of our wants and needs on a budget we could afford. We then met with Curt in Finance who explained all of our paperwork and any extras we may want or need and helped us make the necessary selections. Once we had all the paperwork done Terry thoroughly explained everything to us in detail helping us set up apps along with the great safety features of our New 2019 Highlander Limited. Joe in service gave us a loaner car while he had the remote start feature added to our Highlander and was very accommodating to all of our needs. We drove our new vehicle home with no problems, Terry had explained everything so well that we drove home like a pro. Thank you to all those who helped make our buying experience the best!!! I have purchased many cars in my years through many different dealers, but none have been as pleasant as my experience at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Phil Wienke was fantastic. Just a great, pleasant guy. Just meeting him changed our focus from the tension of "the deal" to the excitement of getting a new truck. He was gracious and reassuring throughout with a thorough knowledge of the products he sells. The fun continued in Curt Wiedemeier's office. The most "no pressure" finance guy I have ever dealt with. It was as easy and smooth as buying a car can get. We traveled for nearly 3 hours not knowing what to expect. Having read the reviews, I was hoping for the best and that's exactly what we got. All the positives you read here are absolutely true. This dealership gets it. Kudos to all. More

They gave me a great price from the beginning, no pressure to buy extra warranties etc. plus the service dept. is amazing! Pop machine, Starbucks, pop corn, cookies, pie and several waiting areas with big screens and fire places! Enjoyable to wait for your car! Phil Weineke was my salesman and he never called me at home to bug me unlike another Cedar Rapids dealership and I never got that need to buy today pressure I got from other dealerships! Also they have a great bay inside to pick up your new vehicle so you are not standing out in the elements going over the features of your car! More

But we’re now at the point where going to see Phil at CR Toyota is our first and only stop.
