I had an appointment for 9am on Friday. I had to call Friday afternoon to find out if my car was ready. I was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I called Saturday and no call back. Each day of the follow Friday afternoon to find out if my car was ready. I was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I called Saturday and no call back. Each day of the following week, I was told the same thing; "the tech hasn't had a chance to look at it and now he was going on vacation." I said that I was going to Minnesota that afternoon and that I would need to take the loaner vehicle. Well, miraculously now someone looked at the car. They did the oil change and gave me a ridiculous estimate on repairs that I'm not sure who provided. The communication was terrible and I have no faith in the estimate. Also, my car was dirty inside and out. I will never return or recommend this service department. I also want to report that the day I stopped by to schedule my appointment, the service reps were yelling and swearing at each other because one was leaving early for the day. That should have been my first indication of how unprofessional they are. More

Terrible service. I waited 2 hrs for an oil change before they said my oil pan was cracked. No oil stains in my garage so they clearly broke it while working on it. Took them a full week to get replacement p they said my oil pan was cracked. No oil stains in my garage so they clearly broke it while working on it. Took them a full week to get replacement parts. I said I would pick up between 4-4:30 and by 5 they still didn’t have done. I called Saturday morning to make sure it was done but no one ever answered the phone the 5 times I called between 8 and 8:40. After I finally got the vehicle I noticed they got oil stains inside the vehicle. More

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. But they do not seem to care it is more about what it down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. But they do not seem to care it is more about what it will cost the dealership than making me happy. I was told loaners are for "real" service issues. AND NO ONE LISTENS! I got a loaner that was dirty, full of crap including personal items and the the temp window plate was expired and I guess what I got pulled over. Real nice. You all need to go back to the basics with customer service! When you answer the phone at least ACT like you care and I am not such and inconvenience to your day. I could go on and on but I won't.. I will end with I will never recommend you to anyone and IF I could I would get rid of my Passat just because of the service dept! More

Phil Ostrem referred me to have my car detailed by Lithia, even though it's a Toyota. Phil gave me very high expectations and promised my car would look like new. My car has over 100,000 miles and i Lithia, even though it's a Toyota. Phil gave me very high expectations and promised my car would look like new. My car has over 100,000 miles and is a 2014, so I was skeptical. However, the work that the detailing team did on my car was way better than I expected, and far superior to the work of local competitors. I held off on getting this done because of price, but I should have done it long ago. The price is more than other detailers in the area, but the work is so much better, it's still an excellent purchase and an investment into my car. I would recommend Lithia detailing to anyone who needs their car to look like it just came off the lot-- even if it came off the lot seven years ago. More
