I was in for my 50,000 mile service with tire rotation. I had scheduled an appointment and everything was done in about an hour and a half. Philip was friendly and helpful. We were overcharged for an oil change that we had a coupon for. There was a lot of confusion about what we should pay. In the end we paid a lot more that the coupon said we should. I also requested that if be fixed and I never heard anything back. 10-14: Reviewed items over the phone, they seemed interested in following up on the issues we had. Phillip gets 5 stars, Doug gets 0. Doug is a very grumpy human who is awful at customer service. Phillip was extremely helpful and friendly.
