We were overcharged for an oil change that we had a coupon for. There was a lot of confusion about what we should pay. In the end we paid a lot more that the coupon said we should. Phillip gets 5 stars, Doug gets 0. Doug is a very grumpy human who is awful at customer service. Phillip was extremely helpful and friendly.
