I went to Dean Team to look at the vehicle we eventually purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely competitive. ultimately I found out the price was a miss marked when I went into purchase the vehicle, after some arguing back and forth at the dealership they honored their mistake. The fact that I had to argue to get the price I was quoted was disappointing but that was the only disappointment. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly and seemed competent Our sales person, Paul Biermann, was very polite, courteous and accommodating and I would work with in the future. I had the opportunity to also work with Phillip Dean who was a polite, personable and what I expect from a management. I recommend working with both of these folks if you find yourself shopping at Dean Team VW. More

The Dean Team found the vehicle that I wanted at the lowest price within a two state vacinity. I made the mistake to first go to another car dealership. That dealership made me wait over 3 hours and lowest price within a two state vacinity. I made the mistake to first go to another car dealership. That dealership made me wait over 3 hours and they kept changing the deal over that 3 hour period. I then walked out and never purchased a car from them. The next morning, I called the internet manager at the DEAN TEAM and within two hours, Dave found the vehicle that I wanted with my accessories list and my first color choice. The price was the lowest within a two state area! After only two hours, Dave had the car I wanted and I signed for the car loan. This was the BEST car buying experinece I have ever had! The Dean Team is honest, trustworthy, respectful of my time and considerations. I recommend the Dean Team to everyone! Thank you DEAN TEAM! More

I simply called the dealership and told Phil what features I wanted in a vehicle. He asked how soon I needed it. I replied, "Tonight", as I had a flight out the next morning for a work assignment. I told him I could be there in a couple hours. Less than 2 hours later,I showed up to the dealership....he was ready for me. He showed me the 2013 Subaru Forester 2.5 X Limited.....It was a perfect fit, even down to the color of paint! Unbelievable! I also worked with Rick Richard and Tony Wright to complete the sale. It was seamless! The entire process...from when I stepped into the dealership til I drove off in my brand new Subaru...took less than 3 1/2 hrs!!! This included looking at the vehicle, test driving it, financing, and Tony showing me how to work all the awesome features on it. To top it off....I get 3 years of roadside assistance from Subaru! I don't anticipate needing it, but it's comforting to know I have it. YAY!!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! My ex I have been leasing cars for the past 15-20 years from Audi to BMW to Volkswagon. My last three cars have been leased thru Dean Team-Ballwin. My experience with dealers has varied as far as integrity of the dealer(s), personalized service and efficiency of the transaction and delivery of the vehicle. I just leased a 2012 Eos from Dean Team Ballwin yesterday, Nov 30th and found the experience so exceptional I requested an opportunity to forward a commendation. It started at 8 am meeting with David Liss to test drive the 2012 Eos - then I went to work. My 2009 leased Eos was due to be turned in so Scott Roberts and I then worked out the financial arrangement over the phone to allow me to upgrade to a 2012 Eos. I prefer not to spend the entire day at a dealership and asked Scott if he could prepare the paperwork in advance. I returned to the dealer at 4 pm, finalized some details with Scott, he then turned me over to the Closing Specialist, Richard Martin to close the deal. Scott then spent another 30 minutes in the car with me going over all of the special features and offered a quick tutorial on operations. I obviously like Philip Dean and his team or I would not be returning to lease my third car. But yesterday was so exceptional I classify the experience as "luxury" treatment. And to top it off, Scott offered to personally handle the service requirements of my car. I simply call Scott, tell him what I need, drop my car off, pick up a loaner and he will ensure the service team completes the specified work. Tell me, who wouldn't want to purchase or lease a car from the Dean Team in Ballwin? Highly commendable dealer! Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. Cheryl Reeve More
