Salesman was nice, unfortunately the rest of my experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. So I purchased a brand new truck from these guys in August, and the brakes have been squeaking since the day I drove it off the lot. I also purchased a $4000 extended warranty, so I brought my truck into the service department wondering why the brakes are squeaking so bad. They said that they cleared some debris, and that I have the correct kind of breaks and that the squeaking should stop. Well it has gotten worse so I brought it in again, once again I was told my brakes are fine and that they can’t help me.So I decided I want to sell back my extended warranty because clearly at this point I can see that it will be useless in the future, but they talked me out of it and promised today I would receive a call from Chevrolet about replacing my brakes and rotors. I have not received a call, and I am very unhappy with my experience. If you can find a vehicle you’re looking for somewhere else, buy it there. And definitely don’t waste your time or money trusting these people to service any of your vehicles. More
