Positive experience for the most part. We weren't happy about needing a new (to us) car, but we had a good result. The car looked great. One problem was a near-dead battery in the key fob (it is NOT a key--keys don't need batteries!). Discovering that the fob didn't work on the second day of ownership was a disappointment and an inconvenience. Overall it was a good experience and we're very happy with the car. More
