It was excessive to the point of annoyance and felt as if we were being guilt-ed into a giving a perfect survey score. Unnecessary and unappreciated. Great service I was traveling back to Colorado, my 03 pilot was due for an oil change and was also making a clunking noise. Lubbock was on the way so I made an appo I was traveling back to Colorado, my 03 pilot was due for an oil change and was also making a clunking noise. Lubbock was on the way so I made an appointment and stopped in. I told them what was going on with my vehicle and they proceeded to take a look at it. As they were, I went over to the new vehicles and was checking out the new ridgelines. A sales associate approached me and we began talking. I told him I was getting the pilot serviced, but if it was too much I would just buy a new vehicle as the pilot is fairly old. The test drive was pleasant and we came back and talked to the service advisor who said they were still checking out my vehicle. I went back to the waiting room and I thought “Why did I tell them that? Now they are going to tell me something is wrong with the pilot that is too much to fix and get me to buy a brand new vehicle.” After a couple of hours and updates from the service advisor, they figured out what was wrong with the pilot, which was nothing major. They were able to fix part of the clunking noise and the other part of the noise is a non issue (and the parts were not in stock there). My vehicle was ready and safe to get back to CO. I appreciate the honesty with the repairs and the cost was very reasonable. Living far away, I may never stop here again. However if the need arises, I will not hesitate to use this dealer again. Excellent service and no hassle experience I was very impressed with Frank Brown. I was shown what I wanted to see/test drive, but was never hassled or pressured. They gave me fair options that I was very impressed with Frank Brown. I was shown what I wanted to see/test drive, but was never hassled or pressured. They gave me fair options that were consistent with other dealerships as well as online pricing. Overall was a great experience, and was so nice to not be pressured and treated like an idiot with “deals” that are only better in appearance but not substance. More
