Quality service I enjoy beinging my vehicle to frank brown Honda as they are usually quick with simple services such as inspections and oil changes. Service drive members are helpful and courteous as well. Only suggestion I would make is to add pictures of the employees on this survey as I never remember the name of the man that helped but I would remember his cheerful face. More

Great Truck Buying Experience Each person I dealt with was very upfront and professional. I normally trade vehicles every couple of years. I am 65 years old so have been through the process a few times! I was very impressed with the courtesy and honesty exhibited by all. At no time did I feel any pressure tactics (which is highly unusual) from any of the people. They were very helpful with my questions about the particular vehicle I was looking at. The two main people I dealt with were Phil Richardson and John Poyner. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks More

Wonderful as Expected A few years ago we met with Phil Richardson through a reference. We walked away with a brand new Honda CRV that week!! Fast forward a couple of years A few years ago we met with Phil Richardson through a reference. We walked away with a brand new Honda CRV that week!! Fast forward a couple of years and as our family is growing by 4 little feet, we needed something bigger and knew that we needed to go back to Frank Brown. Phil did not disappoint and we are now the proud owners of a brand new Honda Pilot.
