I don’t even want my truck anymore because it’s tainted. Ruined, thanks to Aron in the paint and body shop. How you crash a car with 7 cameras and backup sensors is absolutely beyond me.

Jim, I sat in your office and explained the situation to you in detail. I’m including you in the email I’m currently drafting that outlines the series of events in great detail…. You have all of my contact information. My issues are still unresolved and they are compounding every time you touch my truck. The only resolution is a buyback of my vehicle at this point. I’ll see you Tuesday to discuss in great detail again…. My phone number is 208-412-4648. Id love to hear from you but won’t hold my expectations high since the meeting I had with you on Monday last week indicated very clearly your lack of care and consideration, your lack of empathy, your lack of accountability and it made very clear to me why all of the management that works under you has the exact same mentality…. this canned response you gave me further supports that… actions speak Louder than words. The truth will prevail. If you care about the brand you represent and doing the right thing, then you will do the right thing and call me immediately to get a resolution. This is an ongoing issue since march 25th of this year, that has only been made worse and worse with every visit. Call me Jim I’m waiting for some resolution!

I liked that he didn’t put any pressure on me, because if he would have put too much pressure on me then I would have turned around and left, so he was perfect !! The one thing I didn’t like is the guy that gives me the final deal or the final price. So I told them that I wanted to take the evening to really pray about it, because I’m a single mom and buying a $50,000 car is a huge decision. The guy (don’t know his name) said if I would buy it right then and there then he would take another $500 off the total price. Now I know this is how most dealerships work, because they really want to make the sale, but again I’m a single mom and I really needed a night to pray about it and to also make sure I had the money (I was going to pay cash). Anyway, I took a night to make sure I was making the best decision and I did go back and purchase the vehicle. I think that he should’ve still given me the $500 off, because I did come back and chose that dealership, instead of going to Kendall Ford. I feel I still should have been rewarded the $500 off, because I am still spending my money there. I should get rewarded because I came back and I should be a valued customer and get the best deals that you have to offer, it just took me 24 hours longer to decide.
