Time well spent I recently needed to purchase or lease a vehicle as my car was deemed a total loss from my insurance company as a result of an accident. I checked on Costco’s website and they referred me to this dealership in Naperville! I was immediately contacted via phone call and text. I went into the dealership and was greeted by Ayman who assessed me in finding the right car for me. We test drove the Blazer and the Trax. He was so helpful in explaining my options and making sure that I got what I needed and most of what I wanted! The price was right and the process was smooth! I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. One of the advantages of this dealership is they treat people like people instead of a number or quota to meet. When we went in for the finance part, that was so easy! Premo was able to get my plates transferred from my wrecked vehicle to my new one. He provided me with all the paperwork I needed to have copies of. It was such a pleasant experience!! More

stay away I"m old customer of this dealer and I bought until now 4 cars from them. Before this was a good place to do business but not anymore. I went there for I"m old customer of this dealer and I bought until now 4 cars from them. Before this was a good place to do business but not anymore. I went there for certified car, they showed me one I liked it even if the price was higher compare to other dealers but I decided to buy it from them because I trusted the dealer, big mistake. After 2 days of driving the car the problems with started, and after about a week there was about 10 complains from it (bad AC, bad heat, noise from the engine even the wiper blades were bad) for certified car that should pass 175 point inspection that was too much. I went , there to talk with them and their mechanic start to say that almost everything is normal ans so on. I ended returning the car with big financial lost and had to buy from them new one because they refuse to take it back without buying another one from them. So they lost me as a customer and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM SPECIALLY FOR USED CARS. More
