Don Peterson was very helpful in ensuring the car's tires would be replaced pursuant to my request. After striking a deal, a date to pick up the car was set and the car was detailed and ready upon our arrival. DuWoyn Snipe completed all the necessary paperwork and we were out the door returning to our home. Everyone at Corwin was very pleasant, professional and delivered a great customer experience. More

Thought I’d give it a shot bought my second car and pain in FULL. I was told a full inspection was done, turned my headlights on and a bulb was burnt out. These are HID headlights so they’re expensive I asked if they would take care of that and the sales manager said I was on my on. Well if you truly did the inspection then you would have known the headlight was out. xxxx poor customer service on his behalf. My job would have my xxx for that. Wont buy another one from here. I handed over straight cash just to be treated like that. Highly unacceptable More

Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs should be avoided at all costs. Attempted to purchase a Toyota 4Runner as an out-of-state buyer. I was presented an original sale proposal at the time of my deposit onl all costs. Attempted to purchase a Toyota 4Runner as an out-of-state buyer. I was presented an original sale proposal at the time of my deposit only to have the proposal increase by $794 when I asked for an itemized OTD price prior to my departure to pick up the vehicle approximately one month later. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. On top of this, Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs is charging dealer markups above MSRP on many of their vehicles. There are many, far more reputable, Colorado dealerships to to do business with. More
