Excellent Customer Service I brought my Mini Cooper s Countryman in for a State Inspection (my first service visit to Ott's Mini) and during intake I vaguely described a creakin I brought my Mini Cooper s Countryman in for a State Inspection (my first service visit to Ott's Mini) and during intake I vaguely described a creaking sound I'd noticed during turning and going over uneven ground. Later, when my car was ready, I discovered that Otto's Mini took my comment very seriously--their examination of the car identified a strut mount as the culprit, which they will replace under warranty when the part comes in. Talk about a good first impression! These folks are terrific. More
