Auto brake service and PA Inspection I had my vehicle in for brake service, oil change, Pa State inspection and emissions inspection. I waited for the work to be completed. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. All employees practiced social distancing, wore masks, and practiced Convid-19 safety protocols. My service representative was friendly and knowledgeable. When my maintenance program and warranty were finished I thought about going to a local mechanic as everyone says the "dealer is more expensive." My decision could have also been compounded by the fact that the Exton Mini service had moved much further away, But I feel the cost is comparable and the trip is worth it. My last visit was under the Covid restrictions, I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of. And as always Preston is always a pleasure to deal with. The coffee is good too! Thank you so much! He is very knowledgeable and makes servicing my car, here, in stead of Exton, go smoothly. Preston goes the extra mile. I just had my car in for service. When I got home the interior lights would not go off. Preston was kind enough to come to the house to try to reprogram. We both tried. When that did not work, he left a loaner car for me and took my car back to the shop. Very early the next morning, I got the text that all was well. Preston is an asset to Otto's Mini.
