Excellent I gave a 5 on the price because Preston knocked the price down a little bit. Preston was great to deal with. He communicated with me. Offered me shuttle service to and from the dealership within the local area, so I wouldn’t have to wait all day on 3/11/2019 in the waiting area. There were some others who I communicated with in the service department I do not know their names. They were great as well. More

The worst service I had a nail in my tire and took it in to get repaired. A few days prior I had been to tire discounters because of my TPMS sensor was on. They verifie I had a nail in my tire and took it in to get repaired. A few days prior I had been to tire discounters because of my TPMS sensor was on. They verified at tire discounters that there was a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. I called Honda to see if my odyssey was under a warranty (my van had been purchased a year ago). They told me at Honda the most I would have to pay was 50% of the tire. So I had plans to go there instead of having to pay full price for the tire. I go to Honda a few days later and told them I had a nail in the tire. I waited for an hour until the service rep said no you don’t. Actually I do how about you look again. So they took it back and guess what I did have a nail. I waited for another hour for them to put 1 tire on. They came back and told me the new tire was on and that would be $156! I wonder if they didn’t listen because I’m a female? They actually lied to me and said they inspected my tires and I was good to go. I will never come back here. This department can’t be trusted. More

Great car buying experience....Great Staff! We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Last month our 2006 Honda Accord was totaled during a storm and a tree came down on it. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Last month our 2006 Honda Accord was totaled during a storm and a tree came down on it. We had 30 days on a rental so we had to make some fast moves. We were so dreading this experience because of reputations of dealerships (it’s been 12 years for us so we didn’t know what to expect). However, we had to move forward. Because of our long term relationship with the service department at Honda of Columbia, located in Lexington, SC, we felt comfortable giving their sales team a shot. What we experienced was exceptional from the time we stepped onto their car lot until the night we drove away in our brand new 2018 Honda Accord. Our salesperson, Adam Bliss, was with us every step of the way. He listened to us. He made himself available as if we were his most important customer. He didn’t rush our decision. He was very patient! That says a lot coming from a person that can be very difficult. I know we test drove several cars 3-4 times over several days before we made a decision. But with Adam’s help and experience, we were able to make decisions with minimal hesitation. Honda of Columbia made our process quick and painless. We give thanks to an exceptional sales staff…..Adam Bliss, Asten Lawson, Sales Manager and Seth Nortey, Business Manager. Our service guy Preston even answered questions for us! What a great team to work with. We would do it all over again! I wish we could rate them higher! More

Great Experience Danny Koon was helpful, answered all my questions and had great product knowledge. Probably one of the best car sales representatives I have ever met. They gave me a price which we agreed on, they stuck to the price and didn't try and raise the price and the business experience was like it was supposed to be. Everybody kept their word. I got the color and accessories I wanted...they listened to me and me and my wife are very happy with the whole buying experience. Traveling Preston Locklear and the Service team were great. My husband was traveling through coming from FL to get home to TN this morning. Our 2010 Accord chec Preston Locklear and the Service team were great. My husband was traveling through coming from FL to get home to TN this morning. Our 2010 Accord check engine light started flashing, he took a change and pulled in hoping we wouldn't wind up with to much trouble. Not only was everyone helpful and friendly, they understood, he just wanted to get home. They got the car fixed and my husband back on the road headed home in an hour! Plus we find out in the end that it was covered under a warranty extension from Honda. This is our 7th Honda and have always drove them 200+thousand miles. This was a welcome surprise under the circumstances, having never had any trouble from a Honda in the past. What made this better is how kind Preston was and quick to get it fixed and hubby heading home! Thank you to all of you More
