Extremely disappointed in this Honda dealer. My wife and daughter were traveling from Cincinnati to Charleston and experienced an issue with their 2019 Honda CRV about 30 miles from this dealer on Friday, 1 daughter were traveling from Cincinnati to Charleston and experienced an issue with their 2019 Honda CRV about 30 miles from this dealer on Friday, 10/09/20. I called the Service Department at 5:06pm to see if they could assist them if they arrived in the next 30-45 minutes. After being put in to voicemail several times and disconnected once, the receptionist took my number and said they would call me back. I never heard from them. Thankfully a good samaritan stopped and helped them out. I realize it is a Friday and it was last minute. However, their service department is open until 6:30pm. This is extremely disappointing from a Honda dealer who claims their customer service is second to none. More

I love this dealership. They go the extra mile to get the car I want if it is not on their lot, they are professional and go out of their way to make me comfortable while I am negotiating financing. We were traveling from TN to Myrtle Beach when our engine light came on coming into Columbia. Immediately we called Honda of Columbia just before closing. Murl Hope in the service department told us about a light came on coming into Columbia. Immediately we called Honda of Columbia just before closing. Murl Hope in the service department told us about a hotel a block away and welcomed us early the next morning. They immediately found our problem while we had sales consultant Fritz Ring show us a new van. We chose to trade in our old Odyssey with 168,000 miles for the new one. Fritz was very thorough and coordinated the whole transaction with the service department and business department. He and Murl made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we wish we were closer and could continue to use Honda of Columbia. They took all the stress out of breaking down traveling and unexpectedly buying a new car. Much more enthusiastic and welcoming than our own home Honda dealership. Price was better than what we had seen in Tennessee, too! Honda of Columbia is worth the drive and I would definitely use them if we lived in the area! Ask for Murl in service and Fritz in sales. More

I came to the dealership on Wednesday, June 10th for an oil change. I had no intention of buying a car. Due to Covid 19, I chose not to wait inside and wandered to the outside lot. Fritz walked out there a oil change. I had no intention of buying a car. Due to Covid 19, I chose not to wait inside and wandered to the outside lot. Fritz walked out there as I was looking at the new cars and asked if he could help me. He led me right to the vehicle I said I might like to own. It was one of the nicest experiences I ever had buying a car. Fritz was more than helpful. He gets top marks from me and Johnny, the finance mgr, was equally as nice. I never felt pressured. Great experience. More

Outstanding performance I went to the dealership to have an interest in a particular vehicle that I was looking at purchasing for my wife to drive and was assisted by Adrian I went to the dealership to have an interest in a particular vehicle that I was looking at purchasing for my wife to drive and was assisted by Adrian and by far had the best experience on purchasing the vehicle. From the time I test drove the car till all the paperwork was done. I was not expecting to walk away with the vehicle but Adrian made it happen. It had gotten late after hours and Adrian still assisted me on closing the deal but I had to wait following business day due to my bank had closed and when day came to pick up the vehicle due to weekend, Adrian had the car filled up with gas and detailed the car even on a rainy day with the car was ready to go. Definitely pleased with the purchase and looking forward on more down the road. I'm always at the dealership on servicing my other vehicles I have and Preston Locklear is the go to man when it comes taking care of the service side. More
