Traveling Preston Locklear and the Service team were great. My husband was traveling through coming from FL to get home to TN this morning. Our 2010 Accord chec Preston Locklear and the Service team were great. My husband was traveling through coming from FL to get home to TN this morning. Our 2010 Accord check engine light started flashing, he took a change and pulled in hoping we wouldn't wind up with to much trouble. Not only was everyone helpful and friendly, they understood, he just wanted to get home. They got the car fixed and my husband back on the road headed home in an hour! Plus we find out in the end that it was covered under a warranty extension from Honda. This is our 7th Honda and have always drove them 200+thousand miles. This was a welcome surprise under the circumstances, having never had any trouble from a Honda in the past. What made this better is how kind Preston was and quick to get it fixed and hubby heading home! Thank you to all of you More

Honda of Columbia must be a great employer to work for as I have seen the same faces there for years. They seem to know how to treat their employees as well as their customers. While I was sitting outside waiting on my car, again NO ONE even spoke to me. I finally did an online inquiry for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Within 10 minutes, Adrian called me and came outside to greet me. Adrian was the ultimate professional. Even though I was familiar with the CR-V, he insisted on telling me all about the vehicle and the recent upgrades. Adrian was very hospitable while we waited for Steve's offer. Adrian turned a potential negative experience into a positive one. Had he not contacted me, I would NOT have purchased a vehicle and Honda would have lost an "easy" sale. This was my second CR-V purchase. I already knew what I wanted and just needed the right person to make the sale. Thanks to Adrian because he made it happen. More

I was driving a Pilot-Touring but wanted a size smaller car. The CRV was recommended to me by friends. Bob had me look at several models of the CRV but when I drove the 2017 CRV--EX-L model, I knew that was my kind of car. He walked me thru all the paperwork and explained everything. I wanted some added accessories and he had all of those ordered. The service-tech, Preston, was very helpful when I went to get the accessories installed. Preston and Bob arranged for a loaner vehicle for me because installation would take about 4 hours. These guys, Bob Lynch and Preston, really made this experience a great one. Thanks to Honda of Columbia for the employees you have on staff. More
