I paid for a lease that was not in my possesion I made payments on two cars in February even thought one of the cars was in the dealers possesion.. They bought the remaining payments on a lease that I turned in and send in only 12 payments instead of 13. I paid for a new lease in February, but two months later Lexus starting to call me saying that I still owed a payment, when I tried to fix the problem with the dealer they ignored my phone calls and when I went in person the manager was never there. I made a total of 6 phone calls and went to the dealer 3 times. I am still waiting for someone to answer to my complaint. I finally had to pay for two cars, when one of the cars was in their possesion.. More
