Customer experience. I have always chosen north Miami Lexus to buy my cars. I've always had a good experience. I recently leased an rc350 and Jose Salas was my salesman. Best customer service in Miami I've been going to many dealerships in Miami area and trying to find me a car within my budget. I wasn't expecting to get out of Lexus with a brand ne I've been going to many dealerships in Miami area and trying to find me a car within my budget. I wasn't expecting to get out of Lexus with a brand new car to be honest. I didn't find such a great customer service like this one. It blew my mind away. Lori and "Q" made it happen I received a letter in the mail about trading in my current (now previous) vehicle for a new Lexus. The idea seemed a bit far fetched as I didn't thin I received a letter in the mail about trading in my current (now previous) vehicle for a new Lexus. The idea seemed a bit far fetched as I didn't think a Lexus was even in my price range. But I decided to go in anyway just to inquire about the offer and see what my options were. First impression: the dealership itself is like nothing I've ever seen before. Hands down the most amazing dealership I've personally been to. Now on to the service: Lori and finance manager "Q" went above and beyond to help me leave that dealership that night with a brand new Lexus. I could not believe it actually happened and am extremely grateful for all their help. Lori was extremely attentive and gave the best possible customer service. She understood that my budget wasn't the biggest and that at the moment I was just inquiring about the letter I received in the mail. She was not pushy whatsoever. Just very professional. I would recommend this dealership, and particularly Lori Murray, to any and everyone and have already suggested to many people to check out this dealership. I will definitely be going back in the future now that I am part of the Lexus family. More
