Believer Again After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I see ads for their revamped Passport. Late one night I fill out a general inquiry online on the Passport. The next morning I get a phone call from Paragon to stop by after work for a test drive. As soon as I walked through the door the feel was nothing compared to 2015. Josiah was personable and professional from the time he introduced himself to the time of this review. He was very fluent on all aspects of the Passport, but he also allowed me to search elsewhere. After 3 days of calls, texts and making sure I was comfortable, Josiah knew I would be walking out with the vehicle I intended to. He was there from start to finish, and even weeks after my purchase Josiah checks in to see how my family and I enjoy the Passport. The entire staff was on point as well, Quedwin made sure we got the best deal possible. And even when we hit a rough patch with the final financial aspect, Josiah and team were there to get me where I needed to be. Thank you, thank you.
