High hopes I gave this dealership a 3/5 because i traded in a vehicle as well as put money down and was given a car with the contract and spent 4 hours doing pap I gave this dealership a 3/5 because i traded in a vehicle as well as put money down and was given a car with the contract and spent 4 hours doing paperwork to get it finalized. Not only did i have to go back the next day to give them more paperwork but 3 days after that, they call saying that i May have to bring the car back because “my income isn’t high enough” but they’ve had my income since the very first day. A lot of stress and I’m still waiting to hear if i get to keep the car or not 3 weeks later... More

The experience was exceptional. First time at your dealorship and our arrival was poorly timed as an awards luncheon was close to finishing and a significant paper of the lobby was f First time at your dealorship and our arrival was poorly timed as an awards luncheon was close to finishing and a significant paper of the lobby was filled with employees sitting at tables eating lunch. The receptionist had difficulty getting anyone’s attention, so we had some waiting. Quentin placed a plate on top of his lunch and gave us his full attention. After discussion he checked the inventory and made plans to show us 3 different Equinox. We looked. At 1 and discussed the other 2 and after discussion decided to take the first one. While I was challenged by the color, all the other factors were all positive. While it took some time to quickly gather all the elements to make the purchase (vin # on our other car, insurance verification, our understanding about the service agreement), we were pulling off the lot in about 4 hours. The finance guy was very friendly and we enjoyed his story about Texas Tech and moving to Florida. Inlike our other car purchases, everyone reflected good knowledge and intelligent answers while appearing to be interested in good customer service. More

I always get great service from Stingray. I’ve always been a Chevy guy. My 2015 Silverado has had mechanical issues and I’m not happy with it. But the service at Stingray has been great. Attentive to customer When we arrived to drop off our vehicle we were met promptly and directed to service Dept. We were assigned to Ricky but he was delayed unexpectedly. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle we were met promptly and directed to service Dept. We were assigned to Ricky but he was delayed unexpectedly. We were transferred to another attendant who took great care to make sure our needs were met, ev3n arranged a loaner car to our liking. A few days later when it was time to pick up our car we were again met promptly and escorted to the necessary depts to complete our transaction and return the loaner car. Everything went very smooth throughout the whole experience. Deginiywould recommend Stingray....they take great care of their customers! More
