The dealership was fine but missed opportunities to exceed expectations. I was surprised there were a few specifications on the car the sales person didn’t get correct. I was also disappointed I was exceed expectations. I was surprised there were a few specifications on the car the sales person didn’t get correct. I was also disappointed I was forced to purchase the nearly $1,000 LoJack system I had no interest in purchasing. After I had agreed to purchase the car and initiated payment, there was little or no effort by the dealership group to facilitate processing on the dealership end. This level of service and transparency may be normal for auto dealers, it doesn’t match my expectations. More

Nick was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing. So easy to work with, not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and patient. Showed us everything we needed to know about our new Audi. I have a cool story to tell. After much, much research and having owned well over ten Audi's, I ordered a new RS6 Avant in January of 2022 that was delayed for well over a year, After much, much research and having owned well over ten Audi's, I ordered a new RS6 Avant in January of 2022 that was delayed for well over a year, understandable with the Ukraine conflict, and then arrived incorrectly spec'd by another dealer. I was pretty dejected. Then I met James Jordan at Audi Coral Springs and everything began working out perfectly. He was polite, humble, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The car is exactly what I wanted and I just love it. I liked dealing with James so much that I went back three days later with my 75 year old mother to help her buy the S6 I had just traded in! Also I greatly enjoyed meeting Taryn in the business office, she was a delight and extremely professional. And Quentin was fair to negotiate the two deals with. I work as a broker in pretty high-end yacht sales, so I understand how these things can go well or poorly, and I enjoyed every step of their sales and delivery process. Good job James and team. See you when the time comes for the next RS. More
